A DYNAMIC HOA IS THE BEST NEIGHBOR YOU CAN HAVE.
It’s no secret that a neighborhood prospers when it is governed by an active and caring HOA. A strong HOA can help keep its residents stay safe, increase property values, and provide a sense of pride within its community. In essence, offer an enhanced quality of life for its homeowners. At Lancaster Park, this too, is our mission. We strive to keep our vibrant community a special place through the care and maintenance of our family park, trickle creek, neighborhood entrances, and other common elements. Our board members operate on a volunteer basis only, going out of their way to help protect our property values and keep our community stay activated. We encourage all residents to play an active role in supporting our neighborhood through HOA membership and participation.

The Maintenance Committee is responsible for landscape and sprinklers on the Lancaster Park I and II common property, streetlights in Lancaster Park I, and park equipment and facilities. For more information about volunteering for this committee, please send an email to the Maintenance Committee. Rod has sacrificed a lot of time and effort over the years keeping our neighborhood looking beautiful but he is ready to enjoy retirement fully. There’s a reason Lancaster Park is such a welcoming neighborhood, and that has everything to do with proud homeowners who care for their respective properties as well as common areas. Like most HOAs, we have a well-established set of rules for the neighborhood. But beyond such legalese, it’s the common courtesy we extend one another that is the ultimate unwritten rule. As a community of single-family residences, we appreciate well-kept homes. This includes groomed yards and landscaping, discerning home dressings and paint, and personal vehicles that are operational. It doesn’t take much to make the neighborhood and our homes beautiful but the return is invaluable.
